An I.T. company providing top quality computer hardware is accepting
applicants for the following position:

Accounting Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and keep up-to-date company's financial records.
  • Manage account payables and accounts receivables of the company.
  • Monitor/schedule invoices, payments, petty cash fund and bank
    transactions of the company.
  • Generate and submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly accounting reports.
  • Supervise, generate reports and investigate discrepancies in Inventory.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate from a a university/college with a degree in Accountancy,
    Engineering, Mathematics or any Business related course.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent command of English and Tagalog.
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
  • With good moral character.
  • Driven and can work with minimum supervision.
  • With solid accounting and administrative background a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

 

Warehouse / Inventory Assistant

  • Will assist the warehouse manager in monitoring of inventory (receiving and dispatching).
  • Will handle the after sales service (receive customer request, scheduling of pull-outs and monitoring of items for repair and replacement ).
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • A graduate of 4-year business course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Highly trainable and willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
